**** NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Present Contempt Petition has been filed for not complying with the judgment dated 03.05.2024 (Annexure P-1) passed in CWP-11251-2020. It is informed by learned counsel for the respondent-State that LPA has been preferred against the Writ Court decision dated 03.05.2024 (Annexure P-1). Order dated 03.05.2024 (Annexure P-1) reads as under:- "1. There was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on the last two dates of hearing. The position remains the same even today, despite the case having been called out twice.

2. It appears that the petitioner has lost interest in pursuing the present case.

3. Dismissed for non-prosecution."
