(Oral) The petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to grant the benefit of 1st ACP in Pay Band-II with Grade Pay ₹4800 w.e.f. 01.02.2012 on completion of ten years of service with all consequential benefits.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before the respondents. At this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case respondent No.2 is directed to decide the pending legal notice, dated 16.05.2024, Annexure P-6, in a specified period. 3.

Learned State counsel, appearing on advance notice, submits that appropriate action will be taken by the second respondent-Director Elementary Education, on the pending legal notice, dated 16.05.2024, within a period of six months.
