Petitioner - Mohd. Sahil, aged 20 years and 07 months, has filed instant petition u/s 528 of BNSS, 2023, for issuing directions to respondents No.2 to 4 to take remedial action on the complaints dated 15.08.2025 & 17.08.2025 (appended as Annexures P-4 & P-5, respectively) in terms of Chapter XII of Cr.P.C. in case of Lalita Kumar v. Government of Uttar Pradesh and others, (2014) 2 SCC 1, wherein, Apex Court has laid down important guidelines regarding mandatory registration of FIR by the police in cognizable offences.

On the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of instant petition.
