SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) Prayer is for quashing of FIR No.299 dated 21.09.2018 under Sections 353,186 IPC registered at P.S City, Police Commissionerate, Ludhiana with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise deed dated 23.09.2024 (Annexure P.2).

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to avail any other alternative remedy available, as per law.

Prayer is accepted.
