ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petition herein, inter alia, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to release the benefit of 2nd and 3rd ACP which was due to him for years 2006 and 2014, respectively. Further prayer has been made to refix and revise the pension of petitioner after giving the benefit of 2nd and 3rd ACPs and also to release the arrears of difference of pay and pension along with interest from the date same has fallen due. 2.

Qua the aforesaid grievance, the petitioner submitted representation dated 10.11.2021 (Annexure P-3) followed by another representation dated 09.12.2021 (Annexure P-4),but the same have not been adverted till date. Hence, the instant writ petition.

On advance service of copy of the petition, learned State counsel appears and submits that a decision will be taken by the competent authority on the pending representation dated 09.12.2021 (Annexure P-4), by passing a speaking SHALINI BHATIA 2022.11.24 11:05 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

order, which suggestion learned counsel for the petitioner is also in agreement with.

Given the nature of order being passed, there is no necessity to seek return by any of the respondents, as no further proceedings and/or pleadings are required.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, the instant writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority to look into the pending representation dated 09.12.2021 (Annexure P-4) and decide the same, in accordance with law.

Let the needful be done within a period of six months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

Disposed of accordingly.
