(Oral) Prayer in present writ petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to decide the statutory appeal dated 17.11.2017 (Annexure P-14) preferred against the order of termination dated 22.09.2017 (Annexure P-13) which has not been decided so far.

It is strange that appeal is of 2017 and almost two years have gone by but is still pending to be decided by respondent no.2- Registrar Cooperative Societies and no action has been taken so far.
