The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking issuance of writ, order or direction: i) restraining the respondents from registering multiple FIRs against him;

ii) direct respondent to consolidate and club FIR and complaints as they are interlinked, interwoven and interconnected;

iii) direct respondents not to implicate in fresh matters and if any further transaction comes to the light, the same be considered as supplementary report in FIR No.71 dated 04.05.2025 under Sectiolns 316(2), 318(4), 61 of BNS, 2023, registered at Police Station Panjokhra, District Ambala; and iv) declare that subsequent complaints should be treated as statements under Section 181 BNSS, 2023 rather that being registered as fresh FIRs.

As per petition, the petitioner was working as a Clerk in the office of Omkar Singh Balur, Advocate who was doing work of immigration. The petitioner was assisting him. On the basis of complaint of Satpal Singh, FIR No.71 dated 04.05.2025 under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 61 of BNS, 2023 at Police Station Panjokhra, District Ambala was registered against Omkar Singh Balur and petitioner was made co-accused. He was granted interim anticipatory bail by this Court. Omkar Singh Balur is absconding. Various complaints are pending against Omkar Singh Balur in different districts of Haryana and Punjab. The petitioner in July' 2025 received a notice from DSP, Faridkot with respect to complaint of Jasvinder Singh. He received telephonic call in the third week of July' 2025 from the office of DSP, Amritsar. The office of SSP, Jalandhar has also received complaint from Rajni against Omkar Singh Balur and petitioner. He has received phone calls from Police Station Samana.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to avail remedies as permissible by law.
