**** MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No. 198, dated 15.09.2019, under Sections 498-A, 406, 34 IPC, registered at Police Station City 1 Abohar, District Fazilka.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to order dated 04th November, 2019, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation and submitted an amount of ` 2.00 lakhs before the trial Court. In support, a certified copy of the order dated 03.12.2019 of the trial Court has been filed in Court today, which is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions.. This fact is not disputed by the counsel for the State as well.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Harbans Singh, states that the petitioner is no longer required for further interrogation.
