**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) Petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail in her second attempt under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case bearing FIR No.88 dated 03.07.2021 under Sections 302 and 120-B IPC registered at Police Station Nurpur Bedi, District Rupnagar. Earlier, CRM-M No.37243 of 2021 was got dismissed as withdrawn on 21.09.2021.
Learned State counsel on instructions from SI Inderjit Singh submits that the petitioner is evading her arrest since long and a proclamation has already been issued against her. In execution of the said proclamation, summon staff has already pasted the proclamation at the conspicuous place on 03.08.2022.
