*** Learned counsel for the respondent informs that petition under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, the transfer of which was being sought by way of moving the present application has since been allowed by the trial court vide judgment dated 8.12.2018 and both the parties have filed appeal against that judgment in the High court which are fixed for 11.8.2019.

Under the circumstances, the present application has become infructuous and is dismissed accordingly.
