Sonia' pending in the Court of Additional Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Amritsar to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Hoshiarpur.

Notice of the application was given to the respondent, who has put in appearance through his counsel. Learned counsel for the respondent in all fairness has stated that he has no objection if the application is allowed.
