NAMIT KUMAR, J. (ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.256 dated 17.10.2021 under Sections 379-B/201/411/34 IPC registered at Police Station Moti Nagar, District Ludhiana (Punjab).

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw this petition with liberty to avail other remedies in accordance with law.
