**** AMIT RAWAL, J. (ORAL) Petitioner is seeking indulgence of this Court for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondent Nos.1 and 2 to take appropriate steps for removal of respondent No.6 from the post of Chairperson and Member of the Municipal Committee, Nuh or take any other suitable action and also appropriate action against respondent Nos.6 to 8, in accordance with law.

As per averments in writ petition, petitioner has already made a representation dated 31.01.2019 (Annexure P-6) to respondent No.2//Director, Department of Urban Local Bodies, Sector 4, Panchkula, but no action has been taken so far.

Without going into the merits and demerits of the claim of the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to direct respondent No.2, to consider the representation dated 31.01.2019 (Annexure P-6), within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and shall pass a speaking order thereon after affording opportunity of hearing to petitioner,

This condition of imposing costs is only to prevent petitioner to run from pillar to post and avail remedy of contempt in case of noncompliance of directions issued by this Court.
