(Oral) At this stage, learned counsel for respondent No.1/decree holder, has given an undertaking that in the pending execution petition, due notice under Order 21 Rule 66 CPC shall be given to the petitioners, before seeking issuance of warrant of sale of the property. In view of the undertaking, so given, by learned counsel for respondent No.1/decree holder, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he does not want to pursue with the present revision petition, which may be dismissed as withdrawn.

Ordered accordingly.

However, the parties shall remain bound by the statements, so given.
