Present petition has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of bail pending trial to the petitioner in FIR No.152 dated 27.05.2023, under Sections 21, 21(c), 27(a) & 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Special Task Force, SAS Nagar, Mohali.
