The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of order dated 21.09.2023 (Annexure P-4) and order dated 26.09.2023 (Annexure P-5) whereby application of the petitioner seeking allotment of paddy has been declined. 2.

Mr. Sumit Jain, Advocate, filed Memo of Appearance on behalf of PUNGRAIN. The same is taken on record. Registry is directed to tag the same at appropriate place.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that case of the petitioner is squarely covered by judgment of this Court in CWP-22252-2023 decided on 10.10.2023, titled as "M/s Guru Kirpa Rice and Agro Industries vs. State of Punjab and others".
