H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the applicant states that though applicant has returned to the matrimonial home and is residing with the respondent but petition under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, filed by respondent Ravi Sharma, against the present applicant Seeta Rani is still pending and has not been withdrawn by the respondent. Learned counsel for the respondent states that on the adjourned date, both the spouses shall appear before the trial Court and petition shall be withdrawn. Let it be so done. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the respondent, counsel for the applicant states that he be permitted to withdraw the present application. Allowed.
