(Oral) The petition has been filed inter alia seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to declare the petitioners' results and offer them appointment to the posts of TGT (ROH & Mewat Cadre) in response to advertisement 02/2023, dated 21.02.2023, Annexure P-1. 2.

Pursuant to the last order, dated 26.11.2024, petitioners' result has been produced which has been retained on record as Annexure 'A'. It shows petitioners no.3, 5 and 7 have secured more marks than the cut-off marks in their respective categories, and have been selected in category no.9, 10 & 6 respectively. It also shows that petitioners no.1 & 4 could not be selected due to being overage, and petitioner no.2 on account of being lower in merit. Petitioner no.6 has not been selected in category no.6 for Rest of Haryana cadre PAYAL 2024.12.13 19:03 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Learned State counsel contends that reasons for not selecting petitioners no.1, 2, 4 and 6 will be conveyed to them by way of separate orders, and their results will also be declared within four weeks. 4.

In view thereof, the Commission is directed to recommend petitioners no.3, 5 and 7, who shall be appointed by the Department as TGT against posts in category no.9, 10 and 6, respectively, as per merit, subject to fulfilling the requisite conditions. The appointment shall be with all notional service benefits from the date other selected candidates pursuant to the advertisement in question have been appointed. The directions shall be carried out by the respondents within four weeks of receiving a certified copy of the order.
