Learned counsel appearing for the respondent states that respondent has no objection if the present application is accepted and divorce petition in question is transferred to a Court of competent jurisdiction at SAS Nagar, Mohali.
Accordingly, the application is accepted. The divorce petition titled as 'Baljit Singh vs. Kanwaljit Kaur', pending in the Court of Additional District Judge, Ludhiana, is withdrawn from that Court and transferred to the Court of District Judge, SAS Nagar, Mohali, for disposal, in accordance with law.
