(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner states that since the dispute between the spouses has been settled and they have decided to get their marriage dissolved by a decree of divorce by mutual consent, in terms of Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, the present petition has become infructuous and it be disposed of accordingly.

Dismissed as infructuous.
