H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) As per the report received from Mediation and Conciliation Centre, mediation has proved to be successful. Copy of compromise/agreement has been forwarded to this Court, in terms of which, the parties had decided to go together from Mediation Centre, so as to start residing together. The applicant had agreed to withdraw the divorce petition and respondent Sanjay had agreed to withdraw the petition under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act. There is none present on behalf of the applicant. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, this application has become infructuous and is dismissed accordingly. ( H.S.
