SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 is for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.14 dated 18.01.2022 under Section 61 of the Excise Act, 1914 registered at P.S Sidhwan Bet, District Ludhiana (Rural). After arguing for some time and faced with the fact as pointed out by learned State counsel that it is not the first petition but the 4th one in succession with the last one being withdrawn, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant petition.

Prayer is accepted.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
