Petitioner has filed the present petition seeking quashing of FIR No.228 dated 19.07.2021, under Sections 148, 149, 307, 323, 452, 506 IPC and Section 25 of Arms Act, registered at Police Station Pehowa, District Kurukshetra along with all subsequent proceedings including the order dated 07.07.2023 passed by Ld. Additional Sessions Judge, Kurukshetra, whereby the petitioner was declared a proclaimed person, on the basis of compromise deed (Annexure P-8).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the complainant/respondent No.2 has expired, he seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file the same with better particulars. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. 4.
