AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) Faced with the situation with regard to maintainability of the transfer application particularly when transfer application bearing No.485 of 2017 titled as "Rose Gupta Vs. Shalu Gupta" was decided vide order dated 04.08.2017, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of the Court for withdrawal of the present transfer application with liberty to move an appropriate application in the aforementioned transfer application.
