(ORAL) This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for direction to respondent No. 2 to transfer the investigation of case FIR No. 152 dated 30.11.2018 under Sections 22 and 29 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Maqboolpura, District Police Commissionerate, Amritsar to some independent agency or Crime Branch, Chandigarh.

At the outset, learned State counsel has produced the copy of the order dated 25.03.2019 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Amritsar which is taken on record as Mark-A. As per the said order, the petitioner along with co-accused Jujhar Singh @ Simranjit Singh were discharged in the present FIR.

Keeping in view the above, no directions are required to be given. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
