As per report of mediator, attempt of amicable settlement through mediation has failed.

The petitioner has filed this application for transfer of petition under Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 filed by respondent before Family Courts at Moga to Jalandhar, where a petition under Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act filed by the petitioner is pending. Learned counsel for respondent submits that petitioner has filed two petitions, one under Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act, which is pending at Jalandhar and second filed under Section 125 Code of Criminal Procedure is pending at Nakodar.

The petitioner is resident of village Saiqpur, Tehsil Shahkot, District Jalandhar while respondent is resident of village Kot Sadar Khan, Tehsil Dharamkot, District Moga. It will be in the interest of justice that matrimonial dispute between the parties are decided by same Court, as such, this petition is allowed. Petition filed by respondent titled as "Sukhdev Singh Vs. Sandeep Kaur" pending before District Judge (Family Court), Moga is ordered to be transferred to Family Court/Competent Court at Jalandhar.
