TRIBHUVAN DAHIYA, J. (ORAL) The petition has been filed seeking directions to respondents no.2 and 3 to take legal action on the petitioner's complaint dated 25.07.2025, Annexure P-2, in accordance with law.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that the complaint will be looked into, as also any other information the petitioner wishes to submit, and an appropriate action in accordance with law will be taken thereupon.

In view of the statement made, learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection to the petition being disposed of in terms thereof. 4.
