Prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.422 dated 28.11.2024, under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 319, 61(2), 336(2), 338 and 340(2) of BNS, 2023, registered at Police Station Sampla, Rohtak.

Status report by way of affidavit dated 28.10.2025 of Mr. Rakesh Kumar, HPS, DSP, Sampla, District Rohtak on behalf of respondent has been filed in the Registry and the same is taken on record. 3.

Vide order dated 28.08.2025, while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join investigation. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in pursuance to the order passed by this Court, petitioner has joined the investigation and as such his interim bail may be made absolute. 5.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, has stated that petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for further RAJEEV PUROHIT 2025.11.04 09:55 I agree to specified portions of this document
