CRM-M No.38578 of 2019 was filed by the petitioner raising grievance that police has not taken steps to conclude investigation in FIR No.0086, dated 21.03.2019 registered at Police Station Pinangwa, District Nuh. The petition was disposed of on 11.09.2019 directing the Superintendent of Police, Nuh to look into the grievance of the petitioner and apprise him about the status of the investigation and take appropriate action in accordance with law. The contempt petition is filed pleading that needful is not done. Notice of motion.

COCP No.3694 of 2019 -2are present in the Court. They have produced order dated 20.11.2019, same is taken on record, copy handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that challan is presented against three accused; six accused are found innocent; proceedings of arrest of remaining accused is going on and needful would be done as expeditiously as possible. In view of order passed, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no cause of action survives for pursuing the contempt petition, however, seeks liberty to avail remedies in accordance with law for redressal of surviving grievance, if any. The contempt petition is disposed of with liberty as prayed for.
