*** As per office report received from the Mediation Centre, the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement with regard to the present application. Copy of settlement agreement has been forwarded to this Court. In terms of para 6(a), the respondent has agreed for transfer of divorce petition pending before District Judge, Hisar to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Sonepat.
There is no representation on behalf of the respondent. However, in view of settlement arrived at between the parties mentioned above, the application is accepted, the same is accordingly allowed. The divorce petition titled 'Ashish Vs. Anju' pending before District Judge, Hisar is ordered to be withdrawn from that Court and is transferred to Family Court at Sonepat for disposal in accordance with law.
