H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the respondent states that as per his instructions, the divorce petition in question has been decreed ex parte on 1.2.2019, by Family Court, Sangrur. In that way the present application seeking transfer of the divorce petition from Family Court, Sangrur to the Court of District Judge, Ludhiana, has become infructuous.

There is no representation on behalf of the applicant. It seems that the applicant is not interested in further prosecution of the matter.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
