H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) Mediation between the parties has proved to be successful and they have decided to resume co-habitation. Settlement agreement in that regard has been forwarded to this Court. In terms of the settlement, applicant Manpreet Kaur is to accompany Tarandeep Singh from Court itself. Manpreet Kaur states that she is willing to do so. Respondent Tarandeep Singh also states that he is ready to take Manpreet Kaur alongwith him from the Court itself. Let them do so. Learned counsel for the applicant states that in view of this settlement petitioner does not want to proceed further with the application and the same may be disposed of accordingly.
