At this stage, counsel for the respondent has given a statement that as per the instructions, the respondent has no objection, if the transfer application is accepted and the divorce petition bearing No.HMA/489/2025 is transferred from Family Court, Jind to the Family Court (Camp Court), Bahadurgarh, District Jhajjar.

In view of the statement aforesaid and also taking into consideration the fact of one daughter, born from the broken marriage, who is about 2 years old, to be in the care and custody of the applicant and also considering the distance between the two places, the transfer application is PREETI 2026.03.30 17:00 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

TA-1070-2025 allowed and the petition under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act i.e. HMA/489/2025, titled 'Gurdeep Vs. Sweety', filed by the respondenthusband, stands transferred from the Family Court, Jind, to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Bahadurgarh, District Jhajjar. The requisite record of the aforesaid case be sent by the Family Court, Jind, to the District and Sessions Judge, Jhajjar.

Learned District and Sessions Judge, Jhajjar, shall assign the said petition to the Family Court (Camp Court), Bahadurgarh.
