(ORAL) Challenge in the present petition is to order dated 03.08.2024 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Jagraon in Case No. CHI/21/2018 titled as 'State vs. Guriqbal Singh' whereby the application moved by the complainant-Navpreet Kaur seeking permission to record her statement through video conferencing has been allowed.
