Present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for modification of order dated 23.09.2019 (P-4) passed by learned Addl. Principal Judge, Family Court, Gurugram vide which maintenance pendente lite @ Rs.5000/- per month was granted in favour of petitioner-wife. Learned counsel submits that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties; thus, he, on instructions, wishes to withdraw this revision petition.
