***** ARCHANA PURI, J. (Oral) Mr. Parvez Chugh, Advocate has made appearance on behalf of respondent and filed Memo of Appearance, which is taken on record. Report has been received from the Mediation and Conciliation Centre. As per the same, settlement/compromise has reached between the parties, copy whereof is annexed with the report. Perusal of the report reveals that both the parties have agreed to part ways by filing a petition for divorce by mutual consent. The terms of settlement between the parties, have been reproduced in detail, in pargaraph No.7 of the report. As per the same, the petition was to be filed by seeking divorce by mutual consent, on or before 20.03.2026. However, counsel for the applicant submits that the needful has not been done and the same shall be done within a period of 15 days from today onwards. - TA-1069-2025 - Considering the submissions, so made and also taking into consideration the other terms settled between the parties and to give quietus to the litigation, the counsel for the applicant submits that at this stage, he does not want to pursue with the transfer application and the same be dismissed as withdrawn.

Ordered accordingly.

However, the parties shall remain bound by the terms of settlement, as per the agreement, reached between the parties with the intervention of the mediator.
