Renu v. Vijay
IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA
AT CHANDIGARH T.A. No. 475 of 2018 DATE OF DECISION :- February 20, 2019 Smt. Renu ...Applicant
Versus
Vijay
...Respondent
CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE H.S. MADAAN Present:- None for the applicant.
Mr. Wazir Singh, Advocate for the respondent. *** There is no representation on behalf of the applicant. Similar was the position on the last date of hearing. Learned counsel for the respondent states that as per his instructions, the matter has since been compromised between the parties and the spouses have filed a petition under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act for dissolution of marriage by mutual consent. Since there is no representation on behalf of the applicant, it seems that the applicant is not interested in further prosecution of the application, therefore, the same stands dismissed for non prosecution.
