(ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Section 482 CrPC, prayer has been made for quashing of FIR No.5 dated 12.01.2017 registered under Sections 120-B, 148, 149, 307, 321, 427 IPC and Sections 25 and 27 of Arms Act, 1959 at P.S. Makhu, District Ferozepur on the basis of compromise dated 02.05.2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he has instructions to withdraw the present petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
