(Oral) Prayer in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondents for giving the post of Salesman to the petitioner. Further a writ of certiorari has been sought, for quashing the appointment of respondent No.6, which has been awarded against law, facts and merits.
