The present revision petition has been filed challenging the impugned order dated 06.09.2019 whereby the application filed under Order 7 Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for rejection of the plaint on the ground that ad valorem Court fee had not been affixed was dismissed. 2.

During the pendency of the present revision petition, the plaintiff-respondent No.1 had filed an application under Order 33 Rule 1 CPC seeking permission to sue in the capacity of an indigent person which has been allowed vide order dated 17.08.2022. 3.

In view of the above, the present revision petition is disposed off as having been rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
