Present petition has been filed by auction purchasers who have purchased the secured asset in the auction held on 26.05.2025. Grievance of the petitioners-auction purchasers is that despite sale certificate having been issued on 10.06.2025 and the possession having been delivered on 11.06.2025, the respondent-Bank is not coming forward for registration of the sale deed. 2.

Learned counsel for the Bank, after seeking instructions from the Bank, submits that the Bank is ready and willing to execute the sale deed along with the petitioners-auction purchasers.

Petitioners are directed to make necessary arrangements and complete all formalities for execution of sale deed, and thereafter inform the competent authority of the Bank.
