**** RAKESH KUMAR JAIN, J.(ORAL) Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that vide order dated 06.06.2013 (Annexure P-7), the Gram Panchayat-respondent No.4 has been declared to be the owner of the property in dispute, which is stated to be in possession of the petitioner. Thereafter, the Gram Panchayat filed a petition under Section 7 of the Punjab Village Common Lands (Regulation) Act 1961, which has been allowed by DDPO on the ground that the Panchayat has been declared to be the owner in a petition under Section 11 filed by the private person and the petitioner could not establish his status on the land in dispute, much less, the permissible possession.
