Mr. Deepak Gupta, Advocate for the respondent. *** Learned counsel for the applicant states that as a result of compromise between the parties, they have started residing together and respondent-husband has withdrawn petition under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act filed by him in the Court of Civil Judge (Junior Division) Ludhiana. By way of filing the present application, the applicant had sought of transfer of that petition to the Court of competent jurisdiction at SBS Nagar.
According to learned counsel for the applicant, the application has become infructuous and he be permitted to withdraw the same. Permission is granted. The Transfer Application is dismissed as withdrawn.
