(ORAL) Prayer in the writ petition is for issuing direction to respondents to decide the representation (Annexure P-2) of the petitioner pending with respondent No.2 considering the fact that persons lower in merit to the petitioner have been allotted the place of posting at District Charkhi Dadri & Bhiwani as posts are still lying there. Without going into the merits and demerits of the claim of the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to direct respondent No.2-Director Elementary Education, Haryana, Shiksha Sadan, Sector 5, Panchkula to consider the representation dated 20.12.2018 (Annexure P-2) within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and pass a speaking order thereon, failing which respondent No.2 shall be liable to pay costs of `25,000/- to the petitioner. This condition of imposing costs is only to prevent petitioner running from pillar to post and avail remedy of contempt in case of non-compliance of directions issued by this Court.
