(Oral) By way of this petition filed under Section 528 BNSS, 2023, prayer is made to quash impugned order dated 03.07.2025 (Annexure P-11) passed in a case arising out of FIR No.165 dated 21.06.2020 registered at Police Station Rama Mandi, District Jalandhar under Sections 307, 188 of the IPC, Sections 25, 27, 54, 59 of the Arms Act, Section 51 of the Disaster Management Act, 2005 and Section 3 of the Epidemic Diseases Act, 1897, whereby petitioner was declared proclaimed offender. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has been heard. 3.

Notice of motion.

Mr. Subhash Godara, Addl. A.G., Punjab accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.1- State.

This petition is hereby disposed of with the direction to the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court within 15 days i.e. on or before 12.09.2025 and raise all the pleas taken in this petition before the trial Court and trial Court will decide applications on merit in accordance with law, till MAHIMA 2025.09.02 13:02 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh
