(ORAL) Petitioner is seeking indulgence of this Court for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 07.02.2018 (Annexure P-1), whereby petitioner has been adjusted in government Senior Secondary School, Kalri Jagir, District Karnal from Government Girls Senior Secondary School, Meham, District Rohtak. As per averments in writ petition, petitioner has already made a representation dated 19.06.2019 (Annexure P-2) to respondent No.2/State Project Director, Haryana School Shiksha Pariyojna Parishad, Sector 5, Panchkula, but no action has been taken so far. Without going into the merits and demerits of the claim of the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to direct respondent No.2 to consider the representation dated 19.06.2019 (Annexure P-2), within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and shall pass a speaking order thereon after affording opportunity of hearing to petitioner, failing which, respondent No.2, shall be liable to pay costs of `25,000/- to

This condition of imposing costs is only to prevent petitioner to run from pillar to post and avail remedy of contempt in case of noncompliance of directions issued by this Court.
