**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the order dated 31.10.2019 (Annexure P-10). At the outset, learned State counsel submits that in compliance of the order dated 08.11.2019 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner has been assigned the work of Officiating Director vide letter dated 10.01.2020 (Annexure R-I). He, thus, submits that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed and the present petition has become infructuous.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the aforesaid fact.

Disposed of as having become infructuous.
