In the present petition, the grievance of the petitioner is that though the petitioner was entitled to continue in service on the post of the Peon, but the respondents in an illegal and arbitrary manner relieved the petitioner vide Annexure P-7 dated 02.02.2019. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that against the said impugned order, the petitioner raised claim by submitting several representations for the consideration of the respondents but, no reply to the said representations has been received. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on 02.08.2021 even a recommendation was made for the continuing of the petitioner in service as a clerk vide Annexure P-16, but, no benefit of the said recommendation has also been extended to the petitioner, which is causing prejudice to the petitioner. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that all these grievance have already been forwarded by the petitioner for recommendation through a representation dated 26.07.2021 (Annexure P-15) but the same is still pending consideration with the respondents and the petitioner will be satisfied, at this stage, in case a direction is issued to the respondents RIYA 2023.10.18 18:26 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Pankaj Middha, learned Additional Advocate General, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State and submits that in case, the representation dated 26.07.2021 (Annexure P-15) has been received in the office of the concerned authorities and the same is still pending consideration with the authorities concerned, the same will be decided by the competent authority within a period of eight weeks of the receipt of certified copy of this order by passing an appropriate speaking order keeping in view the status of the said application including any observation of the authorities concerned and in case, after the decision, the petitioner is found entitled for any benefit, the same will be extended to him within a further period of four weeks.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view the statement of learned State counsel, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further. 7.
