Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 439(2) read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for cancellation of pre-arrest bail granted to respondent No.2 by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 23.08.2023 (Annexure P3) in case FIR No.418 dated 09.12.2022 registered under Sections 498-A, 406, 506, 377 and 34 IPC at Police Station Dharuhera, District Rewari, Haryana.

Mr. Prashant Singh Chauhan, Advocate puts in appearance on behalf of respondent No.2 and files Memorandum of Appearance, which is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that after anticipatory bail granted to respondent No.2/accused, was made absolute SUNENA 2024.03.14 10:47 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

Learned Senior counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the above, the present petition has been rendered infructuous and the same may be disposed of as such.
