H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the respondent states that since the divorce petition, filed by the respondent against the present applicant, tilted as 'Sewak Ram vs. Vinod Bala', has been allowed ex parte by District Judge (Family Court), Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar, vide judgment dated 7.8.2018, this application has become infructuous, since presently no divorce petition is pending before District Judge (Family Court), Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar. He has placed on record copy of judgment passed by District Judge (Family Court, Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar, in that regard.

It being so, the present application has become infructuous and is dismissed accordingly.
